1. Introduction

Welcome to Connect Shiksha (a unit of Nextvanta Innovation Pvt. Ltd.). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and educational programs including Future Skills Labs, workshops, courses, and Industry Innovation Cell (IIC) programs.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Nextvanta Innovation Pvt. Ltd., operating as Connect Shiksha
• "Partner Institution" refers to schools, colleges, and universities that collaborate with us
• "Student" refers to individuals enrolled in our educational programs
• "Future Skills Lab" refers to our specialized technology labs set up in partner institutions
• "Services" includes workshops, courses, training programs, and lab setups

3. Our Services

Connect Shiksha provides the following services:

• Future Skills Lab setup and management for schools (Class 6-12)
• Industry Innovation Cell (IIC) programs for colleges
• Robotics, AI, IoT, and Coding workshops
• Technology courses and training programs
• Faculty Development Programs (FDP)
• Teacher training and curriculum support

4. Partnership Terms for Institutions

4.1 Zero Capex Model

Our Future Skills Lab partnerships operate on a Zero Capex (Capital Expenditure) model. The specific terms of partnership, including revenue sharing, equipment ownership, and operational responsibilities, are defined in individual partnership agreements.

4.2 Institution Responsibilities

• Provide adequate space for lab setup
• Ensure basic infrastructure (electricity, internet connectivity)
• Facilitate student enrollment and scheduling
• Obtain necessary parental consents for student participation

5. Student Enrollment and Participation

5.1 Eligibility

Students from Class 6-12 (for school programs) and undergraduate/graduate students (for college programs) are eligible to enroll in our courses and workshops through their respective institutions.

5.2 Consent

For minor students (below 18 years), enrollment requires parental or guardian consent, obtained through the partner institution.

5.3 Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior, handle equipment responsibly, and follow safety guidelines during all lab sessions and workshops.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All curriculum, teaching materials, software, and content provided by Connect Shiksha remain our intellectual property. Partner institutions are granted a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering our programs.

6.2 Student Projects

Students retain ownership of projects they create during our programs. Connect Shiksha may showcase student projects (with consent) for promotional and educational purposes.

7. Fees and Payments

Fee structures vary based on the type of program and partnership model:

• Lab partnerships: As per individual MOU agreements
• Independent workshops: Fee details provided at the time of booking
• Course enrollments: As per published course fees

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Connect Shiksha shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines
• Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a partnership or enrollment in accordance with the terms specified in the respective agreement. Connect Shiksha reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of these terms or the partnership agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
